Important:
Our tours are graded from Easy, Mediocre to Strenuous. The following information is being compiled in a generalized manner. As such, you will focus and emphasize on the parts that involve you and the tours that you booked.

Strenuous
Any tour that involves consistency of 2 sets of trekking time of 4 hours each, we shall grade it as Strenuous. Some tours graded under Strenuous require us to start early either because we have to accomplish an 8-hour trek or to catch a glimpse of sunrise. We do plan some contingencies for some impossibility due to unforeseen circumstances although we suggest you get ready for the worse.

In our experience, it is our heat that pulls most trekkers down rather than the distance of the track. Water is the sole remedy to any long trek. Lack of water can cause diarrhea. Most trekkers thought that diarrhea is caused by contaminated water rather than the lack of it. Don’t bring your travel documents and valuables for overnight and/or trekking tours.

Things to Wear and Things to Bring
We highly recommend that you check our tour itinerary as thoroughly and as carefully as possible before making the booking. When booking our trekking tours, seek advice from your doctor about your health and fitness and request the necessary medications to use during the tours. Sarawak is relatively free from major diseases but anti-malaria pills and iodine salt for excess sweating are useful if you are intending to cover our remote areas. The list below should give you a more comprehensive idea on what to wear and what to bring in order to enjoy all our tours better.
